We accept online credit or debit card payments and cash on delivery payments. all orders will then immediately be dispatched after receiving your payment receipt and confirmation.
Estimated time for standard delivery is 1-5 working days, excluding public and mercantile holidays (LKR 350).
Express same day delivery is available for Colombo and selected cities during weekdays only for orders placed before 7am (LKR 400).
RETURNS / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
We provide our customers the opportunity to refund, return or exchange a product provided that the item is in fully resalable original condition.
Returns should be made within 7 days with undamaged labels / accessories. Such items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their clothing tags intact.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser's account.
A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for items on offer / sale.
