Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At Cupidcloak, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We provide our customers with the opportunity to return, refund, or exchange eligible products, provided that the item is returned in fully resalable original condition.

Return & Exchange Period

Eligible returns and exchanges must be requested and returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible, items must:

• Be unworn

• Be unwashed

• Be unaltered

• Be in fully resalable original condition

• Have all original clothing tags intact

• Include any original labels and accessories

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

For an eligible return, we will refund the price paid for the returned item to the purchaser's account.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased on offer or sale.

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us so that we can assist you.

For eligible incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods, the delivery charge will also be refunded.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact Cupidcloak through our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.

The returned item must meet the eligibility conditions described above.
