6. Delivery

We provide delivery across Sri Lanka.

Our standard islandwide delivery charge is LKR 450.

Standard delivery outside Colombo and its suburbs generally takes 1–3 working days.

Flash delivery is available within Colombo and suburbs and is generally completed within 24 hours.

Delivery times may vary because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

Eligible returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days and products must be returned in fully resalable original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original clothing tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Items purchased on offer or sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
